How to get.
The nearest Airport is Aktion International Airport, located next to Preveza, some 45 km north of Mitikas port.
Road the access in Mitikas is enough easy. If you come from the north, you will pass from Bonitsa and Palairos and you will continue coastally for still 19 kilometres up to Mitikas. If you begin from the south, you will take the national street for Agrinio and you will turn right for Aitoliko (4 km). Continue for Astakos, from where it will need you cover still 25 km up to Mitikas.
The passenger ship “Saint Nikolaos” executes rutes daily Kalamos to Mitikas . Rutes executes also a marine taxi, that connect Mitikas and Kalamos in 10 min (Georgios Giannoytsos, Tel.: 6977-845.946).
Where you stay.
Exist enough rented rooms (almost all of them are located in the village of Kalamos and on the very nearby coasts, you will also find some in the village of Episkopi).
Where you eat.
In the port (Molos) as in the centre of island exists restaurants and coffees. Restaurants you will also find in the beach of Agrapidia, but also in the Episkopi.
